Residential sales totaled 824 across the region of Revelstoke to Peachland, generally on par with sales this time last year and a 58% increase over February, reports the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board (OMREB).

Key Single Family Residential Market Stats for the Central Okanagan (Peachland to Lake Country):

423 new listings
244 sold listings
45 average days to sell (down again from last month)
$640,513 average single family residential price (up again from last month)
